We are seeking coaches for our Preschool, Recreational, and Pre-Competitive Gymnastics Programs. We are looking for an individual passionate about preschool and school-age children and their development.  This person will be a vital member of our team! The ideal person is energetic, creative, organized, excited to be part of a team and grow with Integrity.

Qualifications

• Gymnastics background preferred but not required
• Passion for children’s development and strong commitment to being part of a team
• Passion for athletics and creating a fun environment for learning
• Experience in child care or athletics programs encouraged
• Ability to teach some nights and/or Saturdays or Sundays strongly preferred

• Set and achieve goals
• Experience in working with children
• Strong focus on customer service and strong communication skills with clients and other staff
• Work in conjunction with Program Directors to achieve development goals and child progress
