RECREATIONAL CLASS DESCRIPTIONS (GIRLS)
Integrity offers gymnastics classes that range from introductory to advanced skill level. Our enthusiastic and qualified instructors will provide a fun and safe environment that promotes coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Recreational class times will be 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. This will allow time for our instructors to communicate with parents in between classes and update skill evaluations in order to track your child’s progress more closely. Class size will be limited to 7 enrollments, with an 8th spot for makeups.
Little Stars
Ages 5 & 6
This class will focus on the basics of gymnastics, while geared towards the 5/6-year-old age group and learning techniques.
Stars 1
Ages 7 & Up
This class will focus on the basics of gymnastics and prepare the athletes to move into a Stars 2.
Stars 2
Ages 7 & Up
This class will focus on progressions and upgraded skill from the Stars 1 class.
Stars 3
70 Minute Class
This class will work on progressions and upgraded skills from Stars 2.
Hot Shots
120 Minute Class
This is our most advanced recreational class. Students will be invited from the Stars 3 class.
