Integrity Fayette Gymnastics FAQ
My child and I are new to gymnastics, what level do I join?
If your child is preschool age, 2 – 5 Years old, they will join the appropriate classes according to their age. If you child is 6 years old or older and brand new to gymnastics, they will join a Level 1 gymnastics class.
How do I know what level my child is?
Almost all children ages 6 and above will begin at level 1 if they are new to gymnastics. Children 5 and below are placed by age. If your child has previous experience, we can schedule a Placement Evaluation or a trial class.
How do I know when my child is ready to promote to the next level?
Each session, your gymnast will receive a progress report with skill evaluations and their recommended level. Additionally, on our family portal site under the “evaluations” tab parents can track their child’s progress throughout the session and see if they have passed their current level.
What does my child wear to class?
Any athletic t-shirt and shorts is acceptable, some athletes prefer to wear a leotard. Those can be purchased in the pro shop by the front desk.
At what age can I start my child in gymnastics?
Your child can start classes 2 years old. For Preschool ages our class names are as follows:
Caterpillars: 2-3 Years (Parent Assisted)
Butterflies: 3 Years and potty-trained
Grasshoppers: 4 Years
Do I have to participate in the preschool classes?
If your child is under 3 and is not potty trained then yes, you have to participate in the class. Once your child is 3 and potty trained you can watch from our viewing area.
If my child misses a class, can I schedule a makeup class?
Yes. Every child is allowed 1 make-up class per month and can be scheduled ahead of time.
How early do I need to enroll to hold a class?
Monthly classes allow for immediate enrollments at any time pending class availability. Parents are allowed to put their child on a wait list up to 1 month prior to the start of a new month. If there is an available spot in the requested class at the start of the month the child will be automatically enrolled and charged.
Do you have open enrollment?
Yes! We can enroll your child at any time as long as there is availability in the class that you wish to enroll. All enrollments are transferable if you signed your child up for the wrong level or your schedule changes. Click Here to Enroll!
When do you offer gymnastics classes?
We offer classes most days of the week however, our classes vary in time and by day depending on the program. Click Here to see out current class schedule.
Can my child attend more than one class a week?
Yes! When a student enrolls in multiples classes there is a 25% discount on the price of the additional class.
I think my child is ready to move up, what do I do?
Please check the “evaluations” tab on family portal site. From there you can check your child’s skill progress and get an idea of when your child will be ready to move up. When they are ready to move up they’re evaluation will read “passed”. You can always talk with your gymnast coach, they would know what skills your child has and what skills they need to move to the next level.

What age does my child have to be to attend Open Gym?
Open Gym’s are separated by age and offered only from September- May. We offer Preschool Open for children walking- 5 years of age and we offer Fun Friday’s (equivalent of open gym) for children 6-16 years of age.
- Preschool Open Gym: Friday’s 9:30am-10:30am / Walking – 5 Years
- Sensory Friendly Open Gym: Friday’s 10:30am-11:30am / Walking – 5 Years
- Fun Friday’s (School Aged Open Gym): Friday’s 7:30pm- 9:00pm / 6 – 16 Years

Enrollment, Trial Classes, Make-Ups and Drops
How do I become a member?
- Create an Integrity Athletics account online through our parent portal.
- From the Parent Portal home screen, you will click on “Create an Account.”
- You will then be redirected to a new page where you will create your IntegrityAthletics account.
- Enter in all of your family and contact information and click “create account”.
- Once an account is created you will be directed to our policies and procedures page where it will ask you to agree to our terms. Please read carefully and follow the appropriate steps
- On the left-hand sidebar, you will click “Students” to enter all child information for each child. Student Medical Information is recommended but not required.
- Once your account is complete, you can now enroll your child in our “classes”, “camps” or to “book a ‘birthday’ party” with us. Everyone new to gymnastics usually starts in level 1, depending on their abilities. However, if you need assistance determining the proper class for your child, please contact info@integritygym.com or set up an evaluation.
- Once you have selected the class, click “Submit Request”.
How do I enroll?
We ask all of our parents to create a member account on our parent portal Integrity Athletics.
- Once your account is created, ensure the Session filter under our “Classes” tab is set to the appropriate session. Once on that page use the remaining filters to search for your preferred class.
- Once you have selected class, click “Submit Request”
- On the following page, your Enrollment Type should read “Active”. Select the student you wish to enroll and ensure the appropriate session date is selected, Click “Continue Enrollment”
- Click, “Add To Cart”.
- Click, “Proceed to Checkout” Your Total will remain $0.00 until our staff can process the enrollment. Click, “Continue”
- Update your payment information if not already done and your request will be submitted. Once request is submitted your child’s space WILL BE held throughout approval period.
- You will receive an email once your request has been approved and charged.
If my child attended Integrity Athletics in the past, do I need to create a new account?
No, you may login to your account using the original email you used to create your account. On the Parent Portal enter your email address and password. If you are unsure of your password use the “Forgot Password?” button. If you forgot your email please contact Integrity Athletics.
Can my child participate in a free trial class before we make our decision to enroll?
Yes, you may attend a trial class before enrolling your child into a program. Children are only permitted one trial class at Integrity Athletics. To book your child, please ensure you have already created an account on our parent portal by clicking here.
Once you have a profile, you can search our classes and request a trial directly through the parent portal in any introductory level class with an opening. You may also contact us via phone or email to schedule your trial. Please ensure your profile is up-to-date before contacting our customer service team.
How do I enroll my child in a free trial class?
- Log in to your account on the Parent Portal
- Search through the classes you wish attend. Child must be age and skill requirements to attend class.
*Class must have available space to attend or request will be denied
- Click Booking, Find a Class, Select the Student(s) you Wish to Enroll and See Classes
- Select the class you wish to Enroll (Ensure your child meets minimum requirement’s)
- Click, “Request a Trial”
- In the comment box you please add any information you would like our staff to know. If your child has previous experience, please include that information.
- Click, “Add To Cart”.
- Please Proceed through the checkout process. Your Total will read $0.00
- Click, “Complete Transaction”
- Your registration for your one Free Trial is complete. If you have multiple children you can add additional enrollments before completing your transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: When you enroll your child, their start date will be as soon as the class meets next. For example, if you enroll in a Monday class time and it is currently Sunday, your child will begin their gymnastics journey the very next day, on Monday.
What should I expect on the day of my child’s free trial class?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your child’s class. Please stop by the front desk to ensure all information we have on your profile is accurate and up-to-date. That staff member will provide further instruction and where to meet your child’s instructor for class line-up and attendance!
How many make-ups is my child allowed?
Every child is allowed 1 make-up classes per month and MUST be scheduled during that month. Please feel free to schedule ahead of time if you know your child will miss a day.
What is your drop policy?
If a drop request is submitted to Integrity Athletics the family will be forfeiting the child’s spot in their current class. All drop should be received no later than end of business on the 24th of the month prior to drop. Any drop requests submitted between the 25th and the 1st must communicate with the billing department and are subject to approval.
Drops made after payments have been processed will be responsible for 50% of that months tuition and the remaining will be a credit not a refund. If you drop a class mid-month you will not receive credits and/or refunds for the remaining classes in the current month. You may complete the remaining classes in the current month if you wish. How do I drop my kids from class?
A drop request can be submitted online through the parent portal or communicated to a customer service representative at the Front Desk by phone, email or in person. Refunds are not provided after billing has been processed for each month.
When using the online parent portal to drop your enrollment, please choose the last day of the current month as the drop date. You have the option to drop for any future date. If you select a drop date beyond the upcoming billing cycle (e.g., after the 1st of the month, which has not yet been charged), you will be automatically prorated for the number of weeks you’ve selected
Billing and Financial
Does Integrity charge a membership fee?
Yes, every family will have an annual Family Membership Fee of $45 charged on the date you joined our facility. This will cover every member of the family and include an array of member benefits.
When is class tuition due?
Tuition is due at registration and on the 1st of each subsequent month.
When is team tuition due?
Team tuition is due on the first of every month.
Does Integrity ever charge late fees?
Yes, there’s a $10 late fee for members who do not pay tuition before the 8th of the month.
Do members on auto pay incur late fees?
No, members on auto pay with an up-to-date payment method will not incur late fees. If your payment fails for any reason (including expiration), you will receive an email from our billing department to prompt you to update your payment method. As long as you do so by the 8th of the month, a late fee will not be incurred.
What happens if I fail to pay tuition?
You will receive an email on the 3rd of the month reminding you to pay tuition. If it is not paid by the 8th, a $10 late fee will be applied. Any balances outstanding over 31 days will suspend your child’s current enrollment until tuition is paid, or arrangements are made with the billing department regarding a payment plan.
When will tuition be drafted out of my account?
Tuition will be drafted on the first of every month.
If I enroll in the middle of a month, will my tuition be prorated?
Yes, if you enroll after the start of the month your tuition will be prorated. Prorated tuition will be determined by how many weeks of practice your child attends in the current month.
If I enroll more than one child, do I get a discount?
Yes, you will receive a 15% discount from the class of equal or lesser value for every child enrolled after the first child.
If I enroll my child in more than one class, do I get a discount?
Yes, if you chose to enroll your child in more than one class the class of equal or lesser value will be 25% off.
I see you are closed for a Holiday. Will my tuition be prorated?
No, tuition will not be prorated due to a holiday closure.
I will miss a gymnastics class, will Integrity refund that class?
No, all students are allowed 1 make-up classes per month. Each class is charged at a flat fee per month. The fee reserves the student’s place in the class whether attending or not. Therefore, there are no refunds for classes missed.
Can a retail item be put on hold?
Yes, you can put an item on hold for 48 hours.
What is your return policy for leotards/apparel?
If the apparel item is unworn with tags still attached. You may also exchange said item with another of the same value.
What is the refund and store credit policy?
If you sign up for and pay for a month and have to drop prior to the start of the class, we will refund the full amount paid, minus the membership fee (if applicable). If you must drop in the middle of a month, a credit will be issued for the remaining prorated amount. If an injury occurs, which causes your child to not be able to participate, we will provide a refund for the remaining weeks as long as documentation is provided (ie. doctor’s note). Any other arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis by management.
General Questions
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes! You can place a general request by calling or stopping by the front desk. Be sure to leave your name and number along with your gymnast name and the desired skills they wish to work on. If you know the coach you want to work with, simply leave the information for that coach and front desk staff will pass your message along.
Do you have a competitive team?
Yes! We currently offer a competitive team program for Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.
Do you compete USAG?
Yes. Each of our competitive teams competes in USAG sanctioned competitions. Additionally, our Girls and Trampoline and Tumbling teams compete in local leagues and recreational level competitions. Our directors will be able to provide all of the information on these competitions.
