We are looking for an individual passionate about preschool and school-age children and their development. This person will be a vital member of our team! Qualifications
- A gymnastics background is a plus but not required
- Passion for children’s development and strong commitment to being part of a team
- Passion for athletics and creating a fun environment for learning
- Experience in child care or athletics programs encouraged
- Ability to teach some nights and/or Saturdays or Sundays strongly preferred
Skills/Abilities
- Set and achieve goals
- Experience in working with children
- Strong focus on customer service and strong communication skills with clients and other staff
- Work in conjunction with Program Directors to achieve development goals and child progress

Recreational & Preschool Instructors
Join our team as a Preschool and/or Recreational Instructor, where you will inspire young gymnasts through fun and engaging classes. Your role will involve teaching foundational gymnastics skills, fostering a love for movement, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about child development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead preschool and recreational gymnastics classes.
- Create a positive and nurturing environment.
- Ensure safety and proper technique.

Competitive Team Coaches

Girls Competitive Team Gymnastics
In this role, you will develop and implement training programs, prepare gymnasts for competitions, and support their growth and success. Ideal candidates have a strong background in gymnastics, excellent coaching skills, and a passion for mentoring athletes.
Responsibilities:
- Coach competitive gymnastics teams.
- Develop training plans and routines.
- Prepare athletes for competitions.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in competitive gymnastics.
- Proven coaching abilities.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Office
Looking for staff that have experience with customer service, answering phone calls, greeting customers, and class management systems experience for office staff.

Camps, Parties, & Special Events Staff
Looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for working with children to host or coordinate activity-based birthday parties and/or camps within a gymnastics or ninja environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable. Party hosting and or childcare experience is a plus, but not required.
