I am currently the General Manager and Girls Team Head Coach. From a young age I had a passion for dance, gymnastics, and cheer. These early interests shaped my career and life path, leading me to Ohio University, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. To further deepen my expertise, I pursued a Master’s degree in Education from Walden University.
My professional journey began in 1993 when I started teaching middle school and simultaneously began coaching cheer and tumbling. This dual role allowed me to merge my love for education and athletics, fostering a fulfilling career that has spanned decades. Nine years ago, I jumped at a chance to return to coaching gymnastics, a decision that has brought immense joy and satisfaction as I witness my athletes' progress and success.
I currently reside in Chillicothe with my loving husband Brent and our wonderful daughter Gracyn. Our family is further enriched by my three older sons, Collin, Keagan, and Landen, who have brought three incredible daughters-in-law into our lives: Heidi, Brittany, and Megan. The joy of our family is completed by our two adorable grandchildren, Emily and Carter. I would not be able to pursue my love of coaching without the support of my family every step of the way.
When I’m not in the gym, I have a passion for traveling, exploring new destinations, and experiencing different cultures. Boating is another favorite pastime, offering relaxation and adventure on the water. Above all, I cherish the time spent with my family, creating lasting memories together.
My life is a blend of passion for education and sports, dedication to my family, and a love for exploring the world.
I am originally from Oregon, Ohio, but have called Fayette County my home for more than a decade. My educational journey began at Bowling Green State University, where I pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education graduating with Cum Laude honors. During my time there, I had the privilege of cheering for all four years on their co-ed cheerleading squad. Following that, I continued to pursue my academic career, achieving a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Xavier University.
I dedicated nine years of my professional life to the Universal Cheerleaders Association, where I served as a Head Instructor for the state of Ohio. During my time with UCA I traveled across the country working with athletes from middle school to the college level on material, skills, and the knowledge of cheerleading components. UCA allowed me to have the opportunity to grow as an individual while doing what I loved.
Growing up I competed in gymnastics from the age of 3 to the age of 14 where I ended my career after completing Level 7. I decided to move my focus onto competitive cheerleading with the goal of cheering in college. I am grateful for my foundation of gymnastics not only for the skill knowledge but also everything it taught me about life, perseverance, and work ethic.
What I enjoy most about working at Integrity Athletics is the children. No matter what is going on in my life or the world, seeing a child run through the doors with open arms coming towards me makes my entire day. I love watching the children grow and learn throughout their time here. My favorite part of the day is when I see the excitement of my current and previous athletes when they see my face.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I find immense joy in connecting with the great outdoors alongside my family. I am the proud parent of a vibrant young daughter who shares my passion for dance and gymnastics. I love spending time outside, enjoying nature’s beauty with my family.

I'm Blaine Wilson, one of the proud owners of Integrity Athletics, a multi-location business. My journey with gymnastics began in 1979, and it's become a part of who I am.
From competing in three Olympic Games with Team USA to being the most decorated male gymnast in Ohio State University history, my path has been filled with incredible experiences and achievements.
Now, through Integrity Athletics, I'm dedicated to sharing my knowledge and passion with local communities. Our facility provides a supportive environment where coaches and young athletes can grow, thrive, and achieve their goals. Gymnastics gave me a platform to chase my dreams, and now, I aim to inspire the next generation to do the same.
At Integrity, we're more than just a team—we're a family. Together, we're committed to fostering growth and success both on and off the mat.
Balancing my professional life, I'm a devoted husband to Aliane Baquerot Wilson, an Olympic athlete herself, and a proud father to three children, Wakaya, Jackson, and Bodhi. While I spend significant time in the gym with our competitive team, my family remains my top priority. Aliane and I strive to create a supportive and inspiring environment for our athletes and families alike.
I am currently a business partner and Executive Director, having grown with the company since 2008. My comprehensive approach to leadership and keen attention to detail contribute to our sustained growth and success.
My passion for excellence in gymnastics extends beyond the office. I began gymnastics at the age of 2, and have been involved in and passionate about the sport ever since, continuing to compete through my college years. I began coaching at the age of 14, and I am currently a certified level 10 judge. In addition to my judging responsibilities, I currently hold the esteemed position of State Chair for Ohio USA Gymnastics. In this capacity, I play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the gymnastics community within the state, fostering the development of young athletes, and promoting the values of USA Gymnastics.
On a personal note, I live in Worthington with my husband Joe, our son Henry, and our dog Eddie. My family is my greatest source of joy and inspiration, and their support is invaluable as I balance my professional and volunteer commitments.
I have been with Integrity Athletics since 2010 where I assumed the role of Girls Competitive Team Director for 6 seasons before taking on additional business roles and responsibilities. Currently, I am a partner in the business and am the Executive Director of Gymnastics Operations. In my role, I oversee and work closely with the programming, staffing, and marketing departments to ensure we provide an exceptional customer service and class experience for our students and families. It's been such a pleasure to work with so many great athletes and staff members at Integrity and am passionate about serving our communities for many years to come.
Prior to Integrity Athletics, I spent 2 years as an Assistant Coach at Southeast Missouri State University where I was the floor and vault head coach as well as the recruiting coordinator. I was named MIC Assistant Coach of the year in 2010 and led multiple athletes to conference titles on Vault and Floor as well as back-to-back team conference championships.
I completed my undergrad at Ohio State University where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and graduated with honors. Athletically, I was a 4-time All American, 4-time scholar athlete, 3-time Big Ten Champion, named to the Big 10 All-Conference Team, Big Ten Medal of Honor Finalist, and team Captain during my senior year. Alongside NCAA gymnastics, I was a member of the U.S. Men’s National Team in 2006.
Outside of the gym, I am a Level 10 and NCAA judge, enjoy playing tennis, traveling, and reside in downtown Columbus.
As the Director of Marketing at Integrity Athletics, I lead all marketing initiatives across our two locations. My responsibilities include managing our main social media pages and supervising program-specific accounts, maintaining our website, client communications, design needs, strategic planning, campaign development, brand management, and fostering team collaboration.
I graduated from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in my hometown of Indianapolis, where I studied sports management, business, and Spanish.
I began gymnastics at the age of five in the artistic discipline. After overcoming a rare bone and joint condition during my childhood, I transitioned to Trampoline & Tumbling, where I discovered my true passion. I was a be a member of the USA T&T National Team from 2009 to 2022, competing in nine World Championships and two World Games (Olympic equivalent for non-Olympic disciplines). During my athletic career, I earned eight World Championship medals and became the first U.S. male gymnast to win a medal in Double-Mini Trampoline at the World Games (Silver, Wrocław, 2017) and at a World Cup (Bronze, Valladolid, 2019).
My years in the sport have instilled in me a love for travel, having had the opportunity to explore various parts of the world. My passion for gymnastics extends beyond personal competition; since 2017, I have served as an athlete representative and currently hold the position of Chair of the USA Gymnastics Athletes’ Council. In this role, I advocate for athletes, ensuring their perspectives are heard and valued.
Outside of gymnastics, I enjoy watching movies, hiking, and spending quality time with my partner and our two cats, Clarabelle and Muffin.
I am originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, I love soccer and my dogs Aston and Phoenix. I am excited to work at Integrity Athletics to gain more experience in sports administration. In the past, I have been involved a lot in athletics. I obtained my master’s degree from the California University of Pennsylvania and am excited to bring my knowledge of sports business to Integrity Athletics. I’ve lived in Marysville for over 30 years. I enjoy the art and science of business with a long experience in finance, manufacturing/operations, and retail. Most recently I was with Bath & Body Works for 20 years.
I’m very excited to be a part of Integrity, promoting its presence within the central Ohio community and helping it continue to develop young athletes to their fullest potential. I oversee the general business operations of Integrity Athletics and assist with finance and budgeting.
As the Director of Client Experience, I lead efforts to enhance the client journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. I develop and implement strategies to understand client needs, gather feedback, and improve overall satisfaction. My role involves collaborating with various departments to align client experience initiatives with the company's goals and values.
Growing up, I was active in gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance from a young age. My passion for these activities led me to start coaching preschool gymnastics in 1999. After attending The Ohio State University studying Early Childhood Education and Dance, I decided to open my own gym. Knowing from an early age that I wanted to work with children, I find it incredibly rewarding to watch a child’s development during their first five years and to share in their excitement over the little things.
I regularly attend continuing educational courses to enhance my knowledge of the sport, child development, and service to others. Recently, I completed my HR Management Certification from Cornell University.
When I’m not in the gym, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, attending OSU football games, and traveling.
